FAQ

  • Will I have access to all Lunar Leo Wellness courses?

    Each moth, a select course created for the masterclass membership will be released and added to the membership vault. You will have access to all courses in the membership vault, as long as your membership is current. The membership vault does not include access to experiences, programs, digital product packages, longer courses, or other memberships.

  • What topics will monthly courses cover?

    Monthly courses will be on a broad range of topics, including crystals and crystal healing, energy, wellness, and lifestyle interests.

  • How do I cancel?

    We're sorry to see you go! However, canceling is easy and you can do it yourself. To cancel your membership, go to My Account > Billing. You will have access to the courses in the membership vault until your next billing date.

  • I want one of the courses, but I don't want to join the masterclass membership.

    No problem! For all courses that are part of the membership vault, you have the option to purchase them as part of the membership or individually at full price.

  • When will I be billed?

    You will be automatically billed based on when you signed up and the billing frequency you chose. For example, if you signed up on March 15 for monthly payments, your next payment will be automatically debited on April 15. If you purchased the membership on March 15, 2023 and signed up for yearly payments, you will not be charged again until March 15, 2024.

  • Why does this course say "Available Soon"?

    Courses that show up in your Member Dashboard that say "Available Soon" mean just that: they'll be available to you soon! Most will have an availability date listed.

  • Will the membership always be this price?

    Your payments will always be the price you join at, as long as your account is active! If you cancel and decide to re-join at a later time, you will join at the current rate.

  • When are new courses released?

    New courses will always be add to the membership vault on or around the first of the month.
